To follow up on yesterday's post about the World Hickory Open Championship, the event was won by none other than former Masters and Open Championship winner Sandy Lyle. The website thus far only has this picture of the winner:
That's very cool. Sandy has a rep in the golf world as not being, you know, the sharpest knife in the drawer. But I give him huge props for playing in this event.
In his quickie post, Shack says that Lyle played with these equisite Tad Moore irons:
